Past due accounts will be disconnected 15 days after the due date. Late payments must be received by 9:00 AM on the disconnect date, in order to prevent disconnection of service. If meter is locked for non-payment, a $50 Reconnect Fee will be charged. Cash, money order, credit or debit card payment of the past due charges and reconnect fee will be required to re-establish service. You can make your payment through the drop box, over the phone or online by visiting the bill payment page on our website. No meters will be unlocked outside of our regular office hours, Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
