Beginning Oct. 1, 2021, the USPS implemented new service standards for its first-class mail, lengthening the delivery time by 2-3 days. Due to the new standards, you may receive your water bill later in the month and it may take longer for us to receive your payment if sent via mail.  To avoid the mailing delays, you can make payments through our website, or over the phone, or in our drop box at office after hours. If you mail a check, please note that it may take extra time for receipt of that check and may result in notices for non-payment and the receipt of mailed payment to crossover in the mail.
